Guests say Fuji's pork belly buns and mango ribeye are unmissable options, and their unagi kabayaki clay pot is a scrumptious, sushi-like bowl that doesn’t require chopsticks. Exquisite sushi is presented on a granite stone, while for more daring guests, chefs Jimmy Liang and Ming Cao provide an exclusively enclosed area for "Omokase" dining — a Japanese saying that means “I’ll leave it up to you.” This experience provides a surprise culinary creation of off-the-menu dishes, from sashimi to wok-tossed fare.
